An interactive urban planning demonstrator built on ARPM's computational planning stack. The model loads one of three real-world urban-scale site boundaries and runs a multi-phase subdivision pipeline: macro parcel division across the full site, then detailed plot subdivision and internal road generation on a single selected parcel so the web preview stays fast while still showing realistic outcomes.

*How to use it*
1. *Sample Boundary Selection* - pick one of three bundled real-world site outlines to study.
2. *Planning Goal* - steer the optimizer toward balanced blocks, flexibility, subdivision readiness, large-block preservation, fine-grained grain, or minimal fragmentation.
3. *Split Strategy* - choose automatic splitting or force a major-axis, minor-axis, or PCA-driven cut.
4. *Area controls* - set *Preferred Area*, *Minimum Area*, *Maximum Area*, and *Min Core Area* (sq m) to shape parcel sizing.
5. *Cut Depth* - control how many hierarchical subdivision levels are applied across the site.
6. *Park Threshold* - influence when open-space pockets are retained versus built fabric.
7. *Boundary Influence Radius* and *Boundary Influence Strength* - bias subdivision lines toward or away from the site edge.
8. *Relaxation Strength* - soften or tighten block adjustments after initial cuts.
Click *Update model* after changing inputs. The plan view stays locked in top view and zooms to extents on every solve so the full site remains in frame.
