ShapeDiver & Cloud Configurators

Platform partnership - ShapeDiver v2

Over three years ARPM contributed across product engineering, ecosystem quality, and adoption for ShapeDiver's second-generation platform:

AR web viewer - TypeScript and C# R&D for in-browser AR on capable devices, integrated into the platform roadmap.

Grasshopper plugin evolution - UI/icons and component contributions toward next-generation plugin tooling.

Plugin QA & governance - Streamlined, partially automated workflows for third-party plugin review on the marketplace.

Enterprise enablement - Grasshopper scripting and solution architecture for teams running ShapeDiver in production.

Technical marketing - Tutorials and product-facing content that help design firms and manufacturers adopt cloud configurators.

Endorsements from ShapeDiver's CTO and Head of Product - reflecting a long-term technical relationship, not a one-off integration.

Manufacturer configurators - Supawood

Supawood Concept Creator is the reference end-to-end delivery: ARPM authored the full stack - Grasshopper parametric core on ShapeDiver plus a custom TypeScript application on the ShapeDiver API.

Architects configure ceiling and wall systems in 3D, receive documentation ready for production, and Supawood's internal teams no longer redraw every variant by hand. The programme has expanded across product lines; the configurator is live on supawood.com.au.

That project demonstrates what "ShapeDiver partner" means in practice: not embedding a generic viewer, but owning geometry rationalisation, API integration, branded UX, and downstream fabrication outputs together.

What you should expect

  • Honest cloud-fit review - We tell you when a definition is too fragile or too slow before you promise a launch date.
  • Dual competence - Grasshopper authors who also ship production web software; no throw-over-the-wall between "the script person" and "the web agency."
  • Platform insider context - We understand ShapeDiver execution, caching, and review requirements because we helped build the platform surface.
  • Post-launch ownership - Monitoring, parameter additions, and sales-team training are part of delivery, not change-order surprises.
