The Airport Toilet Planning Tool automates sanitary facility planning by combining occupancy calculations, code compliance, area estimation, and conceptual costing into a single workflow.
- Occupancy Assessment - Calculates occupant loads for airport functional spaces using code-specific occupancy factors.
- Code Compliance - Determines required water closets, urinals, wash basins, showers, drinking fountains, and accessible facilities in accordance with NBCS 2026, IBC, NFPA 101, and the ACRP Guidebook.
- Area Planning - Estimates male, female, accessible, family, and support space requirements with configurable circulation allowances.
- Cost Estimation - Produces conceptual construction cost estimates based on calculated toilet block areas.
- Reporting & Documentation - Generates detailed calculation reports, planning summaries, and CSV outputs for downstream documentation and design workflows.
